Work Schedule

Standard working hours are Monday through Friday.

Compensation

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of up to £51,000, commensurate with experience.

Eligibility Requirements

All candidates must possess the legal right to work in the UK. Due to the sensitive nature of this position, employment offers will be contingent upon thorough vetting and security assessments.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Lead will oversee our Planned Care Team, a specialized multidisciplinary group responsible for delivering routine planned, follow-up, and recovery care for patients.

  • Facilitate the ongoing care of individuals within the facility, transitioning from the initial care team after the first ten days of a patient's journey.
  • Lead a team dedicated to providing long-term treatment and support, assisting patients in managing their health effectively.
  • Innovate strategies to motivate this diverse patient population in managing their health conditions and supporting their recovery.
  • Collaborate with senior healthcare leaders to enhance processes and methods for treating, informing, and guiding patients through their healthcare journey.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Continued Professional Development.
  • Significant experience in clinical primary care practice.
  • Experience in team management within regulated environments.
  • Understanding of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency collaboration.
