Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at Archways Centre for CBT. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy, psychoeducational, and psychological assessments to clients. You will work closely with our team of clinicians to deliver evidence-based treatments and support the growth and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy, psychoeducational, and psychological assessments to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other clinicians
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and outcome assessments
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • PhD or Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
  • Relevant working experience in areas of practice, with an emphasis on trauma-related work
  • Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrates professionalism and effective case management skills
