Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at Archways Centre for CBT. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy, psychoeducational, and psychological assessments to clients. You will work closely with our team of clinicians to deliver comprehensive care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy, psychoeducational, and psychological assessments to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other clinicians
  • Conduct regular clinical meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical therapy
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
Requirements
  • PhD or Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Relevant working experience in areas of practice, with an emphasis on trauma-related work
  • Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
  • Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrates professionalism and effective case management skills
