- Asset Management: Collaborate with the team to achieve asset management goals, including minimizing aging and protecting company assets.
- Product Development: Provide input on standardized build codes for inventory products and offer feedback on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing programs to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Customer Engagement: Travel and interact with customers and Brandt team members on job sites, providing mentorship and guidance on sales strategy, product features, and tactics to address challenges.
- Team Development: Assist in the development of all employees within the area of responsibility, focusing on building a knowledgeable, motivated, and successful team.
- Expense Management: Manage duties, assignments, and expenses of Corporate Product Managers assigned to the area of responsibility.
- Relationship Building: Work with branch sales teams to build relationships with mill yard customers, develop multi-level sales strategies, and understand unique market challenges and opportunities.
- Product Innovation: Provide feedback to Brandt Engineered Products to assist in the invention and development of attachments and products to increase Brandt's opportunities in the business segment.
- Initiative Participation: Participate in Brandt/Deere DAG/CAG initiatives as required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French is required.
