Job Title: Director of Sales - Forestry

Brandt is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our forestry sales efforts in the Quebec and Atlantic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and sales revenue.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the forestry industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
