Director of Sales - Forestry

Brandt is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our forestry sales efforts in the Quebec and Atlantic region. As Director of Sales - Forestry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and providing strategic guidance to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the forestry industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
