Position: Office Coordinator
Education Requirement: Completion of secondary school diploma.

Experience Required:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Establish and implement office procedures and workflows.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Organize and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
- Draft and review correspondence, forms, and other documentation.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Experienced with MS Excel
- Familiar with MS Windows
- Skilled in MS Word
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite
