Position: Office Coordinator

Education Requirement: Completion of secondary school diploma.

Workplace Details:

Language Proficiency:

English

Experience Required:

1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and workflows.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Organize and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
  • Draft and review correspondence, forms, and other documentation.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Google Docs
  • Experienced with MS Excel
  • Familiar with MS Windows
  • Skilled in MS Word
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite
