About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Whitehills Trucking Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including monitoring and evaluating payroll processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, attention to detail, organized, ability to multitask, and time management.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
