Food Service Manager

Simply OMG Casual Cuisine is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 to 45 hours per week.
