Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage inventory of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain inventory, sales, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced kitchen environment requires a high level of energy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking. You must be physically demanding and able to maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
