Food Service Manager

Simply OMG Casual Cuisine is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week
