Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Safety: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates, to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
