Food Service Manager

Simply OMG Casual Cuisine is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 to 45 hours per week.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
