Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise our kitchen staff to ensure that they are following proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure that it meets our high standards.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory and operational decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a physically demanding environment that requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking.
