Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including homeowners and contractors
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry and products
