About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team at TEEMA Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, upselling, and cross-selling products to existing clients. You will also work closely with our outside sales representatives to provide quotes and follow up with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints
  • Work with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Support outside sales representatives with quotes and follow up with clients
  • Process incoming materials, manage inventory, and perform administrative duties as needed
  • Communicate with branches across the country to ensure seamless operations
  • Track and ensure that stock is available to ship and work with purchasing and purchase orders

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, retail, building, or commercial materials
  • Strong customer service, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Able to work within tight deadlines, adaptable, and a team player
  • Personable and wants to grow and develop their sales career
  • Persistent and outgoing personality, open to learning and being coached
  • Great computer skills, including Excel, and solid math aptitude
  • Post-secondary education, degree, or diploma
  • Able to undergo and pass a background check
