We are a leading construction company seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including department heads and project managers
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Customer Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and quality delivery
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
