Key Responsibilities- Build a high-performing management team and implement a person-centered care philosophy for resident care and clinical services
- Plan, coordinate, direct, and monitor the effectiveness of operational activities, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue growth
- Actively utilize established standards and resources to cultivate an optimal work environment, engaging managers and front-line team members in delivering the best resident experience
- Forge relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions through various stages of a resident's journey
- Understand and interpret various regulations governing senior healthcare, ensuring compliance for team members, residents, and families
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, health services, or social services
- Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Licensed administrator in the Province of Ontario or completed a long-term care home administration program
