Become a key player in shaping financial strategies by collaborating with various departments within the PHSA.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically overseeing, evaluating, interpreting, and reporting on the financial performance of the PHSA, focusing on resource allocation, spending trends, statistical data, and adherence to budgetary goals.
  • Navigating a complex, multi-faceted organization with diverse operations, necessitating a broad understanding of both operational and financial challenges encountered by all corporate and program areas.
  • Possessing a thorough, multi-tiered comprehension of financial and business planning methodologies and tools, along with exceptional organizational abilities to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Delivering critical information in a high-stakes environment where inaccuracies can jeopardize the financial integrity and reputation of the organization.
  • Engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to gather and share information, as well as negotiating on financial issues.
  • Compiling financial reports and forecasts, preparing analytical documents and presentations for senior leadership, and aiding in budget oversight.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhanced operational and financial resource efficiency and contributing to service delivery modeling and business process evaluations.
  • Executing special projects as necessary and performing related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting designation or a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of eight years of senior-level experience in a large, complex, multi-site organization.
  • Experience in leadership and management roles related to business planning, financial planning, and business case formulation.
  • Exceptional analytical, writing, presentation, and communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer and financial software applications.
  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to negotiate and effectively prioritize tasks.
