Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team at Anglian Water Group Ltd. as part of our collaborative @one Alliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects within the Civil Engineering sector, specifically in the Water Industry.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Lead collaborative digital planning and production meetings to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with @one and AW requirements.
- Risk Management and Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities and risks and explore mitigation strategies. Develop 4D animations of project plans to aid in digital rehearsal of construction.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Attend site regularly to gather program update information. Communicate critical paths and key activities in team meetings. Advise the team on priorities to prevent activities from becoming critical.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Maintain planning standards across @one and adhere to published processes. Ensure integrity of project plans and actively participate in driving best practices.
- Minimum five years of experience in large-scale projects within the Civil Engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry.
- Essential experience with P6 (Primavera).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex project plans effectively.
- Commitment to health and safety principles.
