Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with cost control expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of developing and implementing cost control strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project budgets and expenditures.
  • Monitor project expenses, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Produce regular financial reports, including executive summaries, project forecasts, and cost sheets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast costs and prepare budget reports.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in cost-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Cost Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role in any industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Certification in Cost Control (e.g., CMA, CIMA) is a plus.
