Commercial Account Manager Opportunity

First Nations Bank of Canada is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for structuring and packaging competitive solutions to meet customers' needs, managing and developing relationships, analyzing financial data, and writing credit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Analyze financial data and write credit applications to support business growth and profitability
  • Monitor and control the portfolio to ensure effective risk management and credit policy adherence
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Provide guidance and training to other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry with a background in business banking
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio in a complex commercial and First Nations industry
  • Working knowledge of portfolio management and credit policy
  • Strong credit judgment and analytical skills
