Territory Sales Associate

Position Overview
This role is focused on supporting sales initiatives and promoting Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) products to healthcare professionals, including Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and Vascular Surgeons. The position is essential for achieving designated sales targets within a specific market area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with existing and prospective clients to advocate for TIS products, aiming to meet established sales goals.
2. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies tailored to target customer needs, effectively addressing objections and securing commitments.
3. Deliver impactful product presentations and educational sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of TIS offerings.
4. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Terumo's product line as well as competitor offerings, ensuring a thorough grasp of product features and applications.
5. Conduct evaluations and support clinical cases, providing education on the proper application of Terumo products.
6. Monitor competitive activities within the territory and relay relevant market intelligence to management.
7. Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and visits.
8. Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
9. Submit timely reports on sales activities, competitive analysis, and market trends.
Additional Responsibilities
10. Participate in industry trade shows and conventions to showcase TIS products.
11. Uphold a commitment to patient safety and product quality by adhering to all regulatory and company standards.
12. Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong presentation and customer service abilities, with a focus on solution-oriented sales.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding medical procedures and product usage.
- Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, particularly vascular systems.
- Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
- Professional representation of Terumo and its products is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required for specific roles.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or a combination of education and experience.
- A proven track record of sales success is essential.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
