Position Overview:

  • Maintain and update patient records within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Perform essential administrative functions that facilitate patient progression through the program.
  • Uphold data integrity standards.
  • Serve as a liaison among team members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing faxes efficiently.
  • Organize work schedules to accommodate multiple time zones.
  • Label and attach documents within the CRM system.
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry capacity.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with faxing software (e.g., MyFax or Right Fax) is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or post-secondary education preferred.
  • Technical vocational training or a combination of experience and education is acceptable.
  • 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capacity to assist team members during peak workloads.
  • Aptitude for identifying and addressing abnormal data, escalating as necessary.
  • Proactive in adjusting schedules and managing workload.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines; strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities; capable of resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and French (oral and written) for the Quebec and New Brunswick regions.

The successful candidate may engage daily with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or colleagues from various teams.
