Position Overview:

- Maintain and update patient records within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Perform essential administrative functions that facilitate patient progression through the program.
- Uphold data integrity standards.
- Serve as a liaison among team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing faxes efficiently.
- Organize work schedules to accommodate multiple time zones.
- Label and attach documents within the CRM system.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry capacity.
- Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
- Experience with faxing software (e.g., MyFax or Right Fax) is a plus.
- High School Diploma or post-secondary education preferred.
- Technical vocational training or a combination of experience and education is acceptable.
- 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently.
- Capacity to assist team members during peak workloads.
- Aptitude for identifying and addressing abnormal data, escalating as necessary.
- Proactive in adjusting schedules and managing workload.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines; strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities; capable of resolving issues efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
- Effective communication skills in both English and French (oral and written) for the Quebec and New Brunswick regions.
The successful candidate may engage daily with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or colleagues from various teams.
