What You Will Be Responsible For:

PROSPECTIVE RECRUITMENT. This listing is intended for future employment possibilities.   • Maintain and update patient records within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Perform essential administrative duties that facilitate patient progression through the program.
  • Ensure the integrity of data across all platforms.
  • Act as a liaison among team members to enhance communication.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing faxes promptly and efficiently.
  • Organize work schedules to accommodate multiple time zones.
  • Label and attach relevant documents to the CRM system.
  • Be flexible in covering various shifts as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related administrative or data entry position.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax) is a plus.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Technical vocational training or a combination of experience and education is acceptable.
  • 2 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capability to assist team members during peak workload periods.
  • Skill in identifying and addressing discrepancies in data.
  • Ability to anticipate scheduling needs and adjust workloads accordingly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and French (both oral and written) is essential for communication in relevant provinces.

The successful candidate may engage with unilingual English-speaking clients, patients, or colleagues from various teams on a daily basis.
