Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is in search of a Senior Manager, Electronic Gas Operations to enhance our team.

The Senior Manager, Electronic Gas Operations will oversee a dedicated team and will be tasked with:
- Enhancing system and process efficiencies, automation, and best practices within the electronic sales and distribution framework.
- Managing and maintaining the essential data utilized by the organization.
- Acting as the primary liaison and technical support for IT development initiatives, including defining user requirements and system solution decisions.
- Driving business performance and growth through the development and management of sustainable reporting solutions and analytical tools.
- Facilitating communication between customer service, finance, procurement, commercial sales, IT, and the electronic production network.
- Mentoring team members to improve their understanding of business processes, systems, and data analytics.
- Overseeing special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize operational efficiencies by improving and extending the use of SAP, including the development and maintenance of interfaces and data movement.
- Drive cost savings through project initiation and support.
- Manage pricing initiatives across all electronic business lines, including related reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of master data through audits and direct cleanup efforts.
- Provide both periodic and ad-hoc reporting to support the electronic organization in driving revenue growth and performance analysis.
- Oversee cylinder control functions and improve the efficiency of related processes.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
- Manage application licensing and provide training and support to users.
- Utilize Linde's software and digital capabilities to streamline electronic processes.
- Engage with key customers to resolve issues and implement improved processes.
- Support electronic billing initiatives.
- Develop data analytics tools for effective decision-making.
- Complete additional projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in team management and development
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in SAP implementation and configuration
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and Business Warehouse is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Change management experience
