Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pro Vita Care Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Long Term Care facility in Richmond, BC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and documenting resident health status, providing personal care, and supporting emergency staff scheduling.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor resident health status, including physical and psychological conditions
  • Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required
  • Support emergency staff scheduling, as needed
  • Ensure adherence to Infection Control Practices and provide education as required
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurses program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience recognized by the BCCNM
  • Holds an active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
  • Maintain Occupational First Aide Level 1 status
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Passes and complies with Ministry of Justice Criminal record Check upon hire and every 5 years thereafter
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written
