Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pro Vita. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and psychological needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurses program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Active registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) as an LPN.
  • Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
