Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Lead with extensive experience in SAP S4HANA implementations, particularly in the Order to Cash (OTC) area. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP S4HANA Implementation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore teams, as well as customer business stakeholders, to create functional specifications with minimal supervision.
  • Strong expertise in solution architecture within SAP environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and related software.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 End-to-End Implementations in SAP S4HANA, including template rollout experience, is essential.
  • Experience in conducting business workshops for requirement gathering, AS-IS and To-BE analysis, configuration, customization, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Experience working closely with development and technical teams.
  • Experience in enhancements, rollouts, and implementations in customer projects.
  • Knowledge of integration with all SAP modules.
  • Strong project planning, management, and tracking skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to publish communications related to the deployment of new functionalities.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Collaboration skills to work with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
  • Ability to serve as a conduit between the user community and the software development team for requirements flow.
