SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at IBM Computing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and re-engineering complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough fit/gap analysis and business/process modeling to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather business/application requirements and develop business processes based on accepted industry practices.
- Configure and test SAP HR Payroll software to ensure seamless integration with our clients' systems.
- Lead the development of functional and systems specifications to meet our clients' needs.
- Write and maintain necessary documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Educate client team members on the use and maintenance of SAP Payroll software.
- Provide support to our clients to maintain efficient operations of their SAP Payroll application.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions using a replicable problem-solving methodology.
- Strong ability to understand and analyze HR management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and evaluate complex challenges.
- Ability to balance simultaneous assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Previous consulting experience is an asset.
- 3 years minimum hands-on configuration experience of SAP HCM Payroll experience.
- Experience with year-end reporting and reconciliation (T4).
- Experience testing annual HR support pack upgrades and related defect corrections.
- 5 years minimum hands-on configuration experience of SAP HCM Canadian Payroll experience.
- Have completed a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementation of SAP.
- PCP certification from the Canadian Payroll Association.
- Successful completion of the HR400 SAP ERP HCM Payroll Configuration.
- Experience working in an environment with multiple collective agreements.
- Eligible for Canadian Reliability Clearance.
