About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at 1456056 BC LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Innovation: Develop and implement new cooking techniques and menu ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Menu Planning and Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Development and Training: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
