Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.
    • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
    • Implement and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluent in English.
    • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
