Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor junior chefs and pastry cooks to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Culinary Expertise
    • Develop and execute new pastry and dessert recipes to meet the demands of our discerning customers.
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients to ensure consistency and excellence in our products.
  • Menu Planning and Quality Control
    • Work closely with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
