Position Overview:

This role, situated at our Markham office, necessitates the delivery of superior customer support to both internal and external stakeholders through various communication methods.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Address and document customer inquiries across the nation within designated timeframes
  • Evaluate and respond to requests in accordance with existing policies and procedures
  • Engage with internal and external entities for the resolution of complex cases
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and time-sensitive assignments
  • Assist in decision-making regarding goodwill cases within established parameters
  • Recognize trends to improve the overall customer experience
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of pertinent experience in a comparable position
  • Completion of secondary school and relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
Skills and Expertise:
  • Exceptional communication abilities in both English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
