Position Overview:
This role, situated at our Markham office, necessitates the delivery of superior customer support to both internal and external stakeholders through various communication methods.
Core Responsibilities:- Address and document customer inquiries across the nation within designated timeframes
- Evaluate and respond to requests in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Engage with internal and external entities for the resolution of complex cases
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry and time-sensitive assignments
- Assist in decision-making regarding goodwill cases within established parameters
- Recognize trends to improve the overall customer experience
- 2-5 years of pertinent experience in a comparable position
- Completion of secondary school and relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
- Exceptional communication abilities in both English and French
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
