Bilingual Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Support Specialist to join our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre in Markham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via telephone calls, emails, and chat interactions.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports to the leadership team on customer interactions and revenue received.
- Collaborate with the billing team to resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies.
- Communicate with inspection centres to resolve inspection fee-related discrepancies.
- Meet service level targets and adhere to departmental statistics.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as required.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant telephone manner and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with changing time constraints.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
- Flexibility to work a shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
- Ability to work Canadian holidays.
