Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Support Specialist to join our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre in Markham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via telephone calls, emails, and chat interactions.
  2. Prepare and submit accurate daily reports to the leadership team on customer interactions and revenue received.
  3. Collaborate with the billing team to resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies.
  4. Communicate with inspection centres to resolve inspection fee-related discrepancies.
  5. Meet service level targets and adhere to departmental statistics.
  6. Work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as required.
  7. Participate in special projects and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with changing time constraints.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
  • Ability to work Canadian holidays.
