Position Overview

As a Personal Care Aide at Oram's Bethesda Manor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through compassionate and attentive care.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside and personal care to clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications as directed.
  • Assist clients with bathing and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Support clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Collect specimens as needed for health assessments.
  • Assist clients with feeding or provide support during meals.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
  • Deliver personal care tailored to individual client needs.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
  • Be prepared for physically demanding tasks.
  • Perform repetitive tasks as part of daily care routines.
Personal Attributes
  • Exhibit punctuality and reliability in all duties.

Experience Requirements
