At Oram's Bethesda Manor, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Assist residents with medication administration, as required.
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
