About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Premier Cleaning Advantages incorporated. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Experience and Education
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluent in English.
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
