**Job Summary**

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Waterloo office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing office administration, identifying and implementing improvements to office organization, and developing and updating office policies for enhanced workflow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage overall office administration, including supervising staff and coordinating office activities
  • Identify and implement improvements to office organization, including streamlining processes and increasing efficiency
  • Develop and update office policies for enhanced workflow, including procedures for communication, equipment, and facilities management
  • Oversee communication systems, office equipment, and other office resources
  • Assist in budget monitoring and financial planning

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in office administration or a related field
  • Experience in facility inspections and meeting coordination
  • Proficiency in budget management and Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
