Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to drive sales growth.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our product offerings to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the industrial or electrical material industry.
  • Fluent in English and French; bilingual candidates will be given preference.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
