Position Overview

Golden Life Management is in search of a committed Kitchen Manager to enhance our culinary team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong dedication to delivering exceptional care and support for our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to standardized recipes to ensure consistency in meal preparation.
  • Manage procurement of ingredients while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate meal service to provide timely and quality dining experiences.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Chef's certification or equivalent Catering qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a culinary setting.
