We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our trade and broadcasting division at Korea Food Trading Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the division, managing a team of over 20 people, and making key decisions to drive business growth.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the trade and broadcasting division.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of over 20 people, including middle managers, directors, and executive staff.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including human, financial, and material resources, to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve business goals.
• Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the trade and broadcasting industry.
• Language: Fluency in English is required, with Korean language skills being an asset.
