Are you enthusiastic about mentoring, coaching, and enhancing our operational standards for our leading sales and high-risk locations? Our Business Operations & Optimization team plays a crucial role in empowering our stores and employees through unmatched training and educational investments, alongside continuous innovation and refinement of our business processes. You will collaborate closely with District Managers (DMs) and Regional Directors (RDs) to provide operational guidance and support aimed at achieving business goals and initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Mentor, coach, and develop store leaders, managers, and team members on all in-store operational protocols.
- Advise DMs and RDs on district enhancements focusing on operational processes, cost management, and team development.
- Oversee the High Shrink Program in partnership with DM/DLPM, ensuring compliance with operational standards in high-risk locations.
- Create tailored action plans with DMs and store leaders to enhance in-store operations.
- Facilitate the merchandising transition from Turnover to Soft Opening while working with US New Store Opening Teams to maintain consistency across North American operations.
- Train new operational leaders, managers, and store directors on operational fundamentals.
- Provide strategic insights to various departments, identifying inefficiencies with a focus on payroll and operational effectiveness.
- Act as the primary contact for logistics and distribution teams regarding store delivery schedule optimizations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, successfully mentoring and developing a team to meet business objectives.
- Adept at interpreting data and results, with experience analyzing store-level financial statements.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for creativity.
- A passion for innovative problem-solving and a comfort level in navigating ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency in technology, including Windows, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively, with up to 90% travel required to various locations.
