Veterinary Medical Leader

Vetetnous is a prominent multidisciplinary veterinary organization in Montreal, committed to delivering outstanding care for animals. We operate emergency and referral centers around the clock, in addition to general practice hospitals and clinics throughout the Quebec region.
As a Veterinary Medical Leader, your role will involve overseeing and guiding veterinarians to ensure the provision of high-quality services while maintaining the company's core values. You will collaborate closely with the regional medical director to implement optimal medical practices and coordinate educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding and training processes for new veterinarians
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide daily oversight
- Identify and organize training sessions to enhance team competencies
- Encourage compliance with best medical practices
- Develop and lead medical operations strategies for ongoing improvement
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Veterinary Doctor
- Fluency in French
- Excellent stress management and prioritization abilities
