Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team as a Regional Director of Sales and Service for the Western region in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the industry or related technology field
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
