Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Associates to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values uniqueness and celebrates individuality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist donors with the donation process and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
