**What you’ll do**:

- **Team Development**: Regularly evaluate, support, train, and coach team members on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques, and operating procedures.
- **Collaboration with District Manager**:Partner with the District Manager to document conversations, create performance improvement plans, and manage corrective action processes.
- **Talent Development**: Foster in-store talent and identify future leaders by promoting internal team members.
- **Operational Excellence**: Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.

**What it takes**:

- 2-5 years of proven store management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Track record in maintaining operational excellence, including analyzing KPIs, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, developing talent, and mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- **Bonus Points**: Experience with opening new stores and a background in visual merchandising.

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
