Position Summary

Agricorp is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance our Customer Care Services team within the Program Delivery division. This is a permanent opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist serves as a vital first point of contact for all customer inquiries and is responsible for retrieving and inputting customer data into our systems. In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service to Ontario producers utilizing Agricorp's business risk management offerings, which include Production Insurance, AgriStability, Risk Management Program, and Farm Business Registration. Your duties will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for customers by managing incoming and outgoing inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Addressing a diverse range of program-related questions by referencing specific guidelines and details.
  • Collecting comprehensive information from customers and other sources, and directing inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Accurately entering program-related customer information, such as financial statements, tax documents, and farm acreage and yield reports, in a timely manner.
  • Performing general administrative tasks related to customer correspondence, file management, faxing, scanning, etc.
  • Offering peer coaching and support to less experienced Customer Care personnel.
  • Assisting in the review and enhancement of Customer Care standard operating procedures and workflow processes.
  • Acting as a product liaison and collaborating with other departments to meet business requirements as necessary.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert by participating in project teams and other initiatives.

Employment Details: Permanent position.
Work Arrangement: Full-time in-office, with options for remote and hybrid work.

Location Requirement: Must reside in Ontario to fulfill this role.
