Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handling and managing incoming phone requests in a dynamic environment
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns
  • Completing necessary documentation for orders, invoices, credits, and new clientele
  • Processing requests for informational materials, including brochures and data sheets
  • Following up on purchase orders, delivery challenges, customer queries, and credits
  • Collaborating with Sales Representatives regarding customer inquiries and orders
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture at TIGER
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in French is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional and courteous phone communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
*This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three days a week and remote work for two days.
