Agricorp is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance our Customer Care Services within the Program Delivery division. This is a permanent opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist serves as a vital point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring accurate retrieval and entry of customer data into our systems. In this capacity, you will deliver exceptional service to Ontario producers utilizing Agricorp's business risk management programs, which encompass Production Insurance, AgriStability, Risk Management Program, and Farm Business Registration. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for customers by managing incoming and outgoing inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Addressing a diverse range of program-related questions by consulting specific guidelines and information.
  • Collecting detailed information from customers and other sources, directing inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Accurately entering customer program-related data, including financial statements, tax documents, and farm acreage and yield reports, in a timely manner.
  • Executing general administrative duties related to customer communications, file management, and documentation processes.
  • Providing mentorship and support to less experienced Customer Care personnel.
  • Assisting in the review and enhancement of Customer Care standard operating procedures and workflow methodologies.
  • Serving as a product liaison and collaborating with other departments to meet business requirements as necessary.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert by participating in project teams and various initiatives.

Employment Details: Permanent position.
Work Arrangement: Full-time in-office, with options for remote and hybrid work.
